We have been kept updated and informed of all of the processes involved in renting, which has been extremely helpful. Roberto of Fortezza Group (one of the Developer/ Owners) was more than happy to accommodate our requests, which made the transition extremely smooth. I have been here for approximately two months, and Rob has been in constant contact with any defects, repairs, etc, that have been overseen by him personally. He is only too happy to help in any way he can. He is not just a developer but a friend who takes time to ensure everything is working and running smoothly. Atla Vista complex is beautiful; our apartment is built very well and is very soundproof proof, which we love! Any small marks before move-in-place agents have already been noted down. Our common area is always kept clean, and the building is cleaned very often, which we are also notified of through text by the body corporate/developer. Any maintenance or work done throughout the building we are always notified by developer and given times. Everything is quality, from the bathroom to the kitchen; Luke and I haven’t had any negative encounters since renting unit 3.

Luke and I appreciate how informed we are since living here; every small detail is thought of, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. From not having the most positive experience with our last developer at our old tenancy, the current developer has reached all the highest expectations. He is extremely efficient, professional, understanding and kind.
