Rodrigo has over 25 years’ experience in marketing, creative direction and media production for the architecture, design and real estate industries. He began at 16 as a traditional draftsperson at a Brazilian architecture studio, before moving into real estate marketing at one of the largest property development agencies in the country.

When the 2008 Global Financial Crisis hit the sector, Rodrigo led the agency’s diversification into an advertising creative studio that became one of Brazil’s most awarded — with Cannes Lion–winning campaigns for Ogilvy, Publicis, BBDO and McCann. Before relocating to Australia, he led media production for a US$300 Million mixed-use development in São Paulo.

In Australia, Rodrigo has consulted for furniture and design studios as a marketing and media producer, including campaigns for Derlot Group’s aviation portfolio at Adelaide Airport and Dallas Fort-Worth International, alongside animation and media work for Caon Design, Rakumba and Didier.

At Fortezza, Rodrigo leads a highly specialised marketing function across strategy, AI, media production and performance marketing — built to handle marketing internally and to operate alongside trusted partners as a single integrated workflow.

In line with the group’s vision for Fortezza’s future in technology, a core part of that capability is the group’s investment in AI and custom technology. With deep, hands-on knowledge of applied AI, Rodrigo brings the expertise to develop bespoke software, internal tools and digital products in-house when the business requires — giving Fortezza the ability to build its own proprietary foundation for how it operates and goes to market. This positions Fortezza at the forefront of AI and innovation in its sector.
